That's pretty good. It's a pencil sketch, which rarely is amazing, and the scanner messed it up a little (if you have any kind of photo editor it is REALLY worth cleaning them up as much as you can. People won't bother to look if they can't see it properly)

The background isn't as good - less detailed, less time..>? The little dead tree and the balcony and the symbols are good though. Interesting, and drawn well. Perhaps if you kept the figure and the balcony, and possibly the symbols?
Another trick is to play with the composition, not just one figure standing in the centre. Don't be afraid to just cut half the paper away - this is where photoedit programs are your friend ^_^ as you don't have to risk the original, and it will be straighter.
I really like the amount of thought you put into it, especially the skirt. The proportions from the waist up are a bit skewed, but it's a very good start.

Thank you so much for your words Yes, I hate the BG too, I hadn`t no time to make it better. I`m planning to do this as painting and I needed a scetch for reference. About the skirt: I did a drawing of the dress only and I realy loved the result. When I can will upload it here, I promise I know, this image isn`t too good to upload it here as my first deviation, I have mch more better pictures but I needed professional opinion about it. Thank you so much anyway!

Stick it in scraps after you upload the better versions and link to it.
And believe me, I've seen far FAR worse put up... (including my first ones ). Doesn't matter if you keep improving. I'm always pleasantly surprised by the sketches that showed they were actually thinking about the art, like this one. And you've got some really good bits, and some lazy (*coughbackgroundcough*) bits, that you know about already, and a few bits that you need help/practice with. So, yes. I was glad to comment on this one ^_^ .
